Trained today at 4pm very good work out until I got to last set on triceps started shaking feels like I have a cold coming on or that bug thats going about, hope not, 4 weeks to 1st comp of the season.

Decline press
Extreme stretch
Upright rows
Side delt raises
Extreme stretch
Wide grip tricep pushdowns
Extreme stretch
90% shoulder cure
